GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Jurisdiction

Severability

Exclusion of International Law

Attorneys’ Fees
If Mama Drone, LLC prevails in any legal action or proceeding arising out of this Agreement, you agree to reimburse Mama Drone, LLC for all reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses incurred.
Waiver of Jury Trial
You expressly waive any right to a trial by jury in any dispute, claim, or litigation arising from or relating to these Terms.
