Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days (non-wedding sessions)

Pricing is based on your event type, timeline, location(s), schedule, and overall logistics. Final pricing and coverage details are confirmed in a written agreement prior to booking.

Mama Drone’s photography services are available within 25 miles of Lake City, MN, including surrounding communities in southeastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin.  

Travel outside this service area is available upon request and may include additional travel fees.

10% Military Discount – As a thank you for your service, discounted rates are available for active-duty military and veterans.

10% Cash Discount – Available for payments made in cash at the time of service.

All aerial work is conducted by an FAA Part 107 Certified UAS Drone Pilot and follows federal aviation safety regulations.

Mama Drone LLC is fully insured and maintains a clean safety record.

Even though it is possible to meet safety specifications for certain crowded environments, I voluntarily choose not to fly directly over crowds, spectators, or guests.  I prioritize safety and privacy, capturing high-angle shots from a respectful distance.

Drone photography is weather dependent and always prioritized with safety in mind. Conditions such as high winds, rain, lightning, or low visibility may limit or prevent aerial coverage during portions of your wedding day. When possible, we will work together to adjust timing or capture alternative imagery to ensure your celebration is still thoughtfully documented.
